Today we'll start to look at how to work effectively with 3rd party recruiters: sometimes known as headhunters, recruiters and/or executive search professionals.
“Third Party recruiter” is the generic term that human resource people use to describe individuals or companies that work on contract or assignment to help them with their recruiting needs – professionals such as myself for example. You’re probably more familiar with term “head-hunter”, also a generic term used to describe the many flavors of recruiters that currently exist in America.
