There’s a reason stores send flyers to your home mailbox – it works. More people read junk mail than throw it out, so join the direct marketing revolution. Distribute your flyer in an upscale neighborhood. Use your “Wanted Poster” or a one page resume.
Hit the upscale neighborhoods where people who can afford to hire you live.
Try and find out where the employers you want to work live and do the entire neighborhood – you don’t want them to think you’re a stalker.
This works in industrial parks, shopping malls and office towers too.
If you’re short on time hire a local group of Boy Scouts or a school athletic team to do the distribution – just do random checks to ensure they where delivered.
If you’re doing more than a thousand, see if you can have it inserted with others that are delivered by companies that do this for a living.
